Pyrometallurgical Scheme Intended to Process Arsenic-Containing Concentrates with Recovery of Precious Metals

The practicability of a pyrometallurgical scheme for raw material processing is established as result the analysis methods intended to dearsenate and process gold-arsenic concentrates well equipment execution. conceptual design vacuum without forced movement dispersed in sublimator reaction zone materials proposed. In-process tests sublimation arsenic sulfides from gravity flotation received Bakyrchik deposit were executed at pilot facility. As result, it was found that more than 97–99% passes into gas phase condenses sulfide form suitable compaction by smelting. More 99.5% precious metals are concentrated residue. smelting residue cyclone furnace, together with copper matte, gold recovery 93.7–93.9% total amount loaded. Silver 65.7–68% considerable dust. If dust involved, rate silver can be increased 94–95%, respectively. crucible smelting, degree matte 95.4%, its content slag being 3.6 g/t. according proposed directed conversion obtaining blister copper, which subjected electrolytic refining slimes.
